If a WiFi network that you configured is not visible on your access point, the instructions below may help fix the problem.
Do you see an alert message "Inactive Trusted APs" on your app?
Is the WiFi network switched on?
Have you customized the WiFi network schedule?
Is WiFi scheduling set for a different date or timeslot?
Here are some troubleshooting tips that could help fix this problem.
Before the WiFi networks you created become available for access, you will first need to ensure that your trusted AP is active. An inactive trusted AP may be a result of the following.
The AP may have been either powered down or unplugged from the wired network. Please make sure the AP is powered on, plugged into the wired network and the LED lights on the AP are green and stable.
The AP is unable to communicate with the cloud services. Please make sure that the AP has Internet access. Contact your Internet Service Provider if your Internet connection is down.
WiFi networks will be active as per the WiFi network schedule you have set. Please change the WiFi network schedule as per your requirements; include the current day and timeslot if you expect the WiFi network to be currently active.
The WiFi network schedule and your timezone settings may be out of sync.
Please check and make sure your timezone settings are correct.
Before a WiFi network you created becomes available to WiFi users for access, you will first need to switch it on. Please switch on the WiFi networks you want to activate.
